Flexible payment plans and credit terms on roofing sheets, blocks and building materials — so your build keeps moving between cash flows.

Thousands of Ghanaians abroad are building at home, and the story is often the same. Money is sent to a relative or a contractor, the build starts well, and then progress slows, costs climb, and nobody can say clearly where the funds went. Distance is the problem — not intent.
Our Diaspora Build Loan facility is built for exactly that situation. It is a loan facility for Ghanaians living in the United Kingdom, Europe, North America and elsewhere who are carrying out building projects in Ghana. Rather than transferring a lump sum, you draw on an approved facility that releases materials from our own factory — roofing sheets, blocks, bricks, pavers and general building materials — against agreed build stages, and you repay in instalments from the country where you earn.
Every draw-down is tied to a costed stage of the build: foundation, superstructure, roofing, finishing. Before the next release, you receive dated photographs and a short written report of what the last release actually paid for. If you want, our own team supervises the works, so labour and programme are managed while you stay where you work.
Because the two heaviest items in a Ghanaian build — the roof and the blocks — come off our own production lines, the facility funds real material at factory price. There is no middleman margin, no cash sitting in someone else’s account, and no guessing about whether the money reached the site. You are financing a building, not a bank transfer.
